new head lights driving me mad

Not had any experience with the headlight stalk but have installed extra lights running with relays. In my mind the terminals for full and flash both go to the same terminal on the relay so it could be the flash wire not all too smart. Could try swapping round the full and flash wires round to...

defender 2010 squealing noise on acceleration

Only thing with my knowledge would be uj's, give me a good shake and check for movement. If squeaking is bad then spray some wd40 in them and see if it goes away as they could be dry. Could be something completely different but that my 2p.

    Defender 90 rattle / vibration

I had something similar a while back, turned into a screeching rattle type thing after a few weeks. Try checking the flat bracket on the down pipe, you may want to take it off or at least loosen it to check that it hasn't snapped. Even took pictures. Old and new obviously :-D

Im thinking 90 for first car

I had originally gone for a 1989 90 and that was only about £650 fully comp and £630 TPFT it that helps. Just trying to think if I did anything wrong to get it under £1000 now. I also thought flux was a certain age so never bothered. Its does seem that a van is the way forward, you could try...
