Did you cut the ends seperetately or cut triangular pieces out and bend the box to shape it then weld it back together?

What size box section is that discopol? Pre bent elbows might work. Another silly question buy where do I get tubular steel same place as I got box section? I can't imagine they would sell it and elbows.

How do you bend the tube though without any tube bender? What size box section did you use as well?

After a simple diy rock slider well mainly something to edge the bottom of my door now I've fitted box section sill like a smaller box section to weld to the sill to sit our from the door to finish it off like the factory plastic does. Does anyonekknow of anything? I've searched but can't find...

I'm not that good on MOT's but I thought the arches didn't fail unless near the body mounts. As thats in the middle I wouldn't have thought so.

Yeh ill leave that it will be cheaper for a kit and for somebody local to collect the springs really.

How much for the Terrafirma kit and do you have a set of door locks with keys?

Will you deliver them for that or? Got the turret rings as well?

What springs are they and there rating and how old not saggy or anything?

Ill deffo take that back and get the mtf94. Ill order that from paddocks now, I hear ep90 for transmission and axles ill see if they do that as well.

Its in the topic title stourbridge area west midlands, will be far too expensive to post, it weighs a ton.

Just been to euro car parts and asked for MTF94 and was sold MTF 75W-80. Is this the same thing? He said that his computer shows they are the same gearbox oil? I have searched but cant get a definitive answer. 300tdi Gearbox. Cheers.

£35 final price for the box section for sills. Rather somebody else use it than it sit there.
