top man john , tbh i use autocom as it dose show all injector graphs figures etc , i wasn't sure if i could unplug one injector at a time to test see if the smoke clears and keeps the same miss on that cylinder , ( just hope its not the head ) ps ill check for further codes ill report back...

also to add a good friend of mine payed over 3.5k for one to find it had been built using old parts from other engines , he never thought about buying a brand new one from the main dealers heads and block 2.5 plus vat ,,, bloody bad news tbh im having mine in bits yet again ...

Well garage guy plugged his autel reader in and said lhs abs sensor he said fault wouldnt clear .so ill replace it he also deleted other codes .which personaly may have caused another issuise all the abs tc lights suddernly went off .but now engine wont pull right at all..ie really slugish and...

Yep the reader shows all for wheel speeds .yet the 3 dash lights stay on ..i assumed a possible sensor unless its this big abs unit on the inner wing.yet theres no faults re showing..

And a orange landrover light with a ! On it ..if i brake hard abs and brakes still work fine .i plugged a fault code reader in which came back with a intermitant abs wheel sensor .so after changing that and clearing codes the lights are still showing on the dash board .anyideas what to try next ..

Im told i can remove a std none vvt turbocharger .but im confused as most vv turbos use a pulseing type system and the td5 just has a set psi of the preload of the wastegate so how dose the vvt type work as id assume it would need the correct ecu software to work correctly

Ripped it out this morning found turbos buggared as well as crank and oil pump .but not damaged any conrods so bought another crank 80.00 mains big ends and new bolts.ill sort oil pump and thread lock it. All easy sorted there . But ive a turbo question .ive noticed some fit vnt for better...
