I Agree, its not the Becm... they wouldnt work at all... there might be a couple of faults. you may have replaced the switch pack with another faulty one... also the door out station... bad earth... check with rave, im sure alot of what you are describing are on the same earth location.

i agree with james martin.. ive done a few now, and always take the heads off, the two top gearbox bolts and be a bit of a fiddle and tight.. much easier with them off

Well, the week started so well, now its gone to Sh't lol, As i mentioned the other week i had brought what i thought was a bargin off ebay, a 2001 vogue 4.6 on gas for 1250.. i sort the head gasket, and then set about taking the coverted steel springs off and putting the airsprings back on...

called joe yesterday, and all sorted, he put me one in the post so finders crossed should have it today or tomorrow.so goint to have a stab at removing the coils today. let you know how it goes
