I need a front parcel shelf for a Series 3. Its the leathercloth covered piece which fits across the front under the dashboard/instrument panel and has the sort of air boxes and flaps for the heater/demister. Can anybody help please?

Whenever we've had this problem with taxis, we've just towed them around until they started. Always worked.
