If the old belt is still intact can you not just go get another of the same size? Maybe of miss read you question but if im with you, the replacement belt is not the correct size?

Sure it could be hardwired in, may drain the vehicle battery though if left stood for a while. Just make sure the simcard you use isnt on vodaphone as it will never have signal1 :doh:

Also been looking to using veg oil in my 200tdi, from my understanding, the twin tank setup is best if doing longer trips but not as good if only doing short average drives due to the system needing to be heated before switching over to the oil. Although a lot of others seem to have very few...

With the induction pipe off and you spinning the turbine by hand is there any noise or resistance? Before assuming the turbo is a gonner, are you sure all the pipework is in the correct place now? Waste gate pipes etc?

Max weight is 25kg though for them, might be pushing it?
