I assume you mean the loom from the switch connector going forwards ? The small loom on the switch is ok I’ve had that off and it’s fine

no As I said in my original post I have nanocom 1 Where should I start to look on the loom ? Inside or outside the truck Is there a common place where they foul ? Like the fuel pipes betweeen chassis and body at the rear that foul

Good evening all I have had the common M&S lights flashing no gear indicator on the dash display so after reading through the posts here I removed my XYZ switch and opened it up There was a dirty patch on one of the contacts which i cleaned with 2000 grit wet and dry no signs of damp or Arching...

I have just had my TD5 Discovery Auto re mapped and I have to say I'm quite impressed she goes like F*** when i want it too and drives like she did if taking it steady doesn't smoke and changes gear really smooth whilst my son was driving i watched all the data on nanocom and I'm getting 2.23B...

good question James,I know my 300 tdi Auto was allways hit and miss checking with the dipstick Ive done the TD5 a few times now and I can never get out more than 4.5 L so I always put 4.5L back in as I have access to free oil I alway change it when i change the engine oil its just a pain to do...

My Auto give a return of 420 per tank from full to fuel light coming on ,usually 84l running back and forwards to work which is around a 6 miles trip but on a long run I can easily get 500 to a tank full

Its in the title to save me taking mine out and losing oil does anyone know the correct thread size of the ZF outbox filler plug please ? Im looking to make an extension tube for filling the autobox as its a pain in the rear to do on your own and I like to change to regularly thanks in advance
