If it has only started since doing the EGR mod it could be the other end of that vacuum pipe needs blanking. If it was doing it before then you could be right.

Sorry I call it a blank......This is the one I have..... Mine was a groan/fart/duck noise on shutdown and had instructions from Graham Ponty on here (Top Geezer) on how to sort it. Let me know if this is your blank/bypass and I might be able to help with that noise. Does it do it when...

Not the duck noise is it?????? How have u blanked the vacuum pipe?

I assume that means the engine will reach its optimum working temp quicker which aside from giving a nice warm cab means you can put your foot down sooner than if you didn't have the FBH. Mine sometimes makes a noise like a fog horn..... Only noticed since doing the EGR Blank. :confused:
