I got a quote from the guy who is doing my engine swap. He is talkin £200 plus parts the do it for you. This includes skimming. Dosnt sounds a bad price to me.

Matt. Have a look at that Biodiesel website. Find a local guy making the stuff and do a good deal on supplying him with waste oil. There is a big shortage of waste oil at the mo. I am sure you would end up with a free tank of fuel here and there!

hrrm not so sure you should be taking the head off if you dont know what the gasket looks like!! The gasket is the flat seal which is placed between then head and the block. If you have taked the head off you should see it still stuck to the head or block. If it has blown then you will see...
