Hi folks, I have a Disco 1, 1992 200 TDi, with a 2" lift. I was out green laning with Muddy Gonzo and the others all last weekend, and towards the end of sunday, the steering wheel developed an on/off "wobble". It's not at any particular speed, occurs randomly at anything from 25 MPH to 70...

I struggle to get to 40 going forward mate. :) Lesson learned straight away, I felt the cluth on every hill start from that point onwards!! :D

Next time I'm on a run out there will be a crate-full in the cool box mate, with your name all over it. If anyone gets a chance to try this blokes chilli, it's awesome. :D

On the first half-a-day I thought it was because i was so slow on the lanes (being a newby and all that). It was after the first few hours of missing out on CB traffic as I was the only runner without a CB that they finally pointed out it was the smell putting them all off. My missus loved...

Hi gang Hope someone can help me out. My local parts place has just quote me £40 for a front wheel bearing kit for my Discovery MK1. (From Chassis JAxxxx). The kit included inner and outer bearings, two rubber spacer things and a new gasket for the cover. So, can anyone point me to a cheaper...

Thanks for posting my arse crack on the internet Baz! Cheers pal. My wheel bearing nip-up hasn't done the trick, steering wheel kicking like crazy most of way home! Oh well, just a few quid and some serious learning needed. :D
