From looking at Rave it may be worth taking the thermostat housing out of the bottom hose to see if you can then drain the header and rest of the system. As from looking at the diagram of the coolant system I can't see how you coudl drain the header tank from the radiator if the thermostat is...

You could try Hilton Auto gas between J1 of the M54 and J11 of the M6, haven't had a conversion doen there myself, but use them for fuel when visiting my folks.

You can do it in situ, just need to disconnect the air in let pipe and rocker cover breather to give better access.

That sounds like the LEDs to indicate if you are on gas or petrol, assuming it is the same gauge as fitted to my Zavoli kit. My zavoli equipped 4.6 will saty on gas even when in traffic.

A friend is having a few issues with his EAs on his 2001 P38, when I had a look I noticed that the drier for the Air Suspension has been monuted horiztonally due to a cone Air filter being fitted. Would this cause any long term problems given they are originally mounted vertically.

Well guess it depends on the rtaing of those bulbs, in my case all the brake lights are 21w so the current draw has doubled. Looking on a few caravan forusm and magazines recently a few people have reported similar issues with bulb warning systems and multiple brake lights on their caravans.

Oh yes there is when there are four brake lighst fitted to the Caravan and it upsets the BECM making it think the brake lights have failed. Two options fitted LED bulbs or a bypass relay. I went the bypass relay route as I coudln't find any E approved LED bulbs in my timescales.
