sorry tried to copy and paste a reply someone sent me !!! look at my threads i have a disco 1 too, dont use wheel spacers !!!! mine came of when i was driving and i have heard it happen to other disco's too !! so offset wheels are better by far

assuming its 35mm offset from the centre line towards the hub - so the tire sits futher out ....vs land rover standard wheels (disco /fender steelies ) which are offset to almost the outside of the rim meaning the tire sits closer in see how your rim centres quite close to the OUTSIDE face...

yes they are insa turbo special tracks. am just struggling to work out the differance between a 35mm offset wheel and using a 50mm spacer. cant see how an offset wheel would work better than the spacer. but i am not very good at engineering stuff lol
