how did you do your arches nick did you use them repair panels, how bad are the body mounts on her, i had to replace mine used a bit of 4" angle and 100x50 box section for sill worst part is cutting out but id say it was worth doing

you can do mate but i wont be meeting the others in skipton its seems a waste of time for me its an hour to there and another 30 mins to lanes or i could drive an hour up a1 to lanes, richy are you coming mate aswell

yeh well where abouts are you thinking of doing first that all because it will take me more time to get to skipton than some of the lanes thats all i was thinking i could go straight up a1 and do the lanes that are east of the dales, i was a bit disappointed last time when you watch some vids on...

what size box section steel will i need to replace my sills and what profile any ideas, and also how hard is it going to be any help would be appreciated cheers
