Calling Clutchdust et al re: Preventative Maintenance

I change my IRD oil every 3 years or so but the rest I leave well alone apart from checking the magnets on the filler plugs occasionally for any iron particles. Never had any worth worrying about. The type of molyslip you use does depend greatly on the application hence the syncro problems some...

    Diesel cold start(won't!)

INNUENDO ALERT After fitting a new filter I pump mine until it gets hard, however it soon goes soft after a few mins. I wouldn't worry about it - happens to the best of us...;)

    Diesel cold start(won't!)

I swapped my relay for the one sat next to it (same numbers) even pulled it apart and all seemed brand new but it just did not conduct enough current for some reason. Upped it to a 70 amp jobbie and now fires up 1st time with no smoke...I would be tempted to get the multimeter out ya know.

    Tiny NOT, repeat NOT indestructable!

Ok folks - update on poor 'ol Tiny's progress. The leak has stopped for some bizarre reason, however I am assuming this is just because she knows she doesn't get time off in the week to bleed water. After handing over £145 to the main stealer I am now the proud owner of a new pipe. To be...

Tiny came with Factory fit 5 spoke 15 inch wheels and I upgraded to '05 16 inch "vortex" wheels - they fit straight on and she is an old 98 model. There must be some strange voodoo going on with your new wheels...
