i will have a better look tomorrow but couldnt see anything. it does have a plastic header. so basically if i fill up to the seem, that will be fine? if the valve has already blown can it still be reused or will it need replacing?

what pressures should i have at front and rear with these tyres on? what tyre size should be on as these seem too wide to me as they can rub on front end. got disco xs wheels allys on

what should the header tank be filled upto? i've been told there should be a stalk or something inside but mine hasnt.

the hoses seem to be getting warm yes. the only ones that dont seem warm is the thin 1 from the header to stat housing and the one from stat housing to water pump. dont know if this is normal, first disco i've had and only got it sat night.
