Im heading over to my dad's garage for some decent light soon and I'll check all of this out. Its not the original carb, I think its an SU carb but I'll check that out anyway. Thanks for the help!

    90 2.5 petrol in a bad mood

So I have this wonderful Land Rover 90, 1987 and 2.5 petrol. I've had it since July and its been working fine, no problems. One or two things have needed to be sorted but nothing major. Last week I did a longer drive than usual, over 2 hours worth of driving in three hours (it feels a lot in...

That would be brilliant! I still need to get a few bits sorted, but the list of things to do just gets longer. Fitting the new clutch master cylinder this weekend. Driving from Liskeard to Callington with no gear control was... interesting. And then theres the exhaust problems, I get a good...

Oooh if those lanes are near Liskeard I might have to try my new wheels out on them! And I liked the video Mr and Mrs Muds! Those views were amazing

Count me in for them too! (if I get the 90 sorted sorted in time).

    Hello from Saltash

I've done nothing, complete beginner. I do go through deep puddles after the rain, but I don't think that counts. What about you?

    Hello from Saltash

That would be great. It might be a few weeks before I can manage it. I need new tyres/wheels ASAP, there is the exhaust that has holes in and is rattling about and the waxoyling I did to it was **** :P I'll touch it all up and sort it over the month. But yes, I'd love to head there!

    Hello from Saltash

I've been looking at Bush Farm this evening, its in Hatt by the looks of it. There are a few vid on youtube I've been watching and it looks hella fun. Although going by your picture, your 90 is much more suitable for it than mine xD

If Land Rovers didnt exist I would get a Volvo estate pimp wagon

    Hello from Saltash

Welcome! I'm fairly local, a village near Callington. But I'm completely useless, no help whatsoever. If you overtake a blue 90 chugging along at 50mph on the A388, make sure you give me a wave as you go by! There is a great Devon & Cornwall thread in the Green Lane section :)

My truck is almost set to do some lanes. I've managed to do the worst waxoyl job ever, and I'll be getting some proper tyres over the next few weeks. If you do some of those lanes around liskeard I'd love to come along, even if I ride shotgun with someone.

Have you used them before? And if so, are they any good? I've got a week off of work and need to get the landy sorted for the winter, but I'm not sure if I can be bothered to do it all myself. Once I have all the kit it will probably be cheaper to just use those guys!

:O ... is that the white one that I sometimes see on my way to Liskeard in the morning?

The rain at the moment is fun! The puddles on the roads are at least anyway. Not the puddles in the footwells

I read somewhere that waxoyl is cheaper and more suitable for a "crappy job" and as its my first go, I expect it will be really crappy :P Then next summer I can clean it all of again and do a proper job at it with dinitrol or another more suitable treatment. I'll try and make the next...
