    I have the rear bumper off at the moment and was looking at the end of the chassis nice big hole. I was wondering if it was worth chucking some old oil I have lying about down in the chassis to slow the rust.

    Cranks fine. Tested with new battery and once the glow plugs have been run three times it starts as always used to.

    I am reasonably happy that it is not fuel. The only but problem I can think of is the injectors. I have toyed with the idea of cylinder head I am semi considering getting it skimed but that seems expensive.
