While we're on the topic, has anyone ever used their Nanocom to install a map?

Ehh load of crap then really... If I got a box thing I'd want it to be completely adjustable so I can fanny around with it like you can a 300. I enjoyed turning it up and up until there was enough smoke be fun but not too much. I'll just forget about this one then lol.

So, I'm still not clear... Can you stand on your drive and adjust the fuel/air yourself? Like adjusting the pump on a 200 or 300?

Haha nah I just spent ages messing with those LGP forklifts and I've always hated it. I like diesel, but not only that I don't want major work, I just want to do some kool mods, make a little more power and then forget about it. So this "Adjustable" unit seems appealing but very much too good...

Yeah but it's rare to find those installed factory lol. I think every car running over 150hp should have them. My van has NONE at all! Only diesel! Stupid if you ask me lol.

I called it a silly boost gauge because it's a dial with nothing on it and 1Bar written at the top. When it was stock it always went to 1Bar so really a completely useless gauge put there for rich people who would have bought the car new and had no idea what 1Bar meant (Not that it was a correct...

I won't leave it in the car, only when I'm driving to see what's going on until I have the guages installed. I have a device that's the same for the RS, I can't remember the name of it though... The logo is VT anyway... But I often dash mount that and have it on the screen that shows oil...

This has become a very good thread It's given me loads of inspiration to fix the boost guage and install a water temp guage on the RS haha! I'm going to install boost and intake temp guages to the Discovery, I don't drive it that often maybe once a week in the winter so I've turned the actuator...

I didn't think of that, I never thought that would work if the rain ever stops before I go back to work I'll look at that, at least I'll be able to get it in a safe zone :)

Ooo blimey, well I hope this Nanocom thing arrives soon so I don't have to fanny around drilling holes for this boost guage :)
