Can someone shrink my avatar please

Yes but the pic I have is too big and wont display as you can see where it has pushed my username to but pic is not visible. I thought Mods might have had the technology to do it for me as I am useless with comps

    FULL Door Seal Kit

Ah, that would make sense as on my Series 2 the seal has been glued to the sill rail, I thought to put washers big enough to stop the screws pulling through the seal but it is supposed to be a strip inside the seal? I have looked on here...

    FULL Door Seal Kit

So Gentlemen, it apears that there is no Metal strip that holds the seal in place, on my Series2 it is a lip above the seal which is part of the iron work which is the sill itself, however on my Series 2a there is no lip on the sill iron and no holes for the seal to be riveted/screwed. I have...

Land Raver, I have had a quick look at LR Series web site but will have another look after work or give them a call, I never thought of Dunsfold as I thought it was just a Museum after watching a 4x4 is born, so thanks for the heads up on that.

    FULL Door Seal Kit

Land Raver, your Series is gorgeous, I thought mine was nice but wow. I have the seals and the metal trim strips on the front doors of my Series 2 but on my 2a they are missing, I know I can get the seals but it is the metal trims I need. When I get chance I will get a pick of the trims on my...

    FULL Door Seal Kit

I know there are seal kits for front doors but can anyone tell me if there is anywhere that sells a full kit with everything, the bit I need most runs along the floor, I think it has a metal plate to hold the rubber down. The problem is a couple of weeks ago my little lass drop a ds lite game...

Thanks for that Blackburn, cant wait to get them in now. Webley were you building a new chassis, I hope the weight of the engine will be enough for the job in hand. Sweet 16, so it is long wheel base rear shackles to use!! Does this lift the Landy with no problems to props etc?

Thats great Turbo, I was going to call the shop to see if they had sent the correct kit, have you any idea where the two larger bushes are for? Quite a good kit, it came with all new damper bushes too, only thing I dont like is they are orange, will have to paint them black I think.

    Is it Ex MOD?

I see what you mean now, my pal at work just found a pic of a 2a with lights in the wings and the passenger wing doesn't have the heater, the wings are identicle otherwise, not the bug eye type. My bulkhead is series 3 yes so what happens next, I was thinking to buy a series 2 galvenised...

    Is it Ex MOD?

Anything before 73 is Tax Exempt! So you saying all Series 3's Pay Tax? I had a look on that link CalumM posted and found this, this describes my 2a down to a "T" Late Series IIA Land Rover(1968/9-1971): Headlamps are on the wings, but the radiator panel is covered by a metal galvanized grill...
