The joys of Landrover ownership strike again! One problem fixed and another presents! :mad: Had a blow on the manifold to downpipe, attempted to replace gasket, manifold studs sheared clean off! :mad: Have some tubulars on the way but we're not sure they'll fit. lol Then got to find some...

Next dumb question... ...What's the actual difference between manifold gaskets for the v8 EFI and non EFI? Surely there can't be that much difference, if any?

Have no Oxy! :( I was thinking about removing the manifold, but worried about sheering the head bolts to manifold...that'd be way beyond my diy remit! :(

I can get hold of the pipe & fixings no worries, it's just working out what size the fittings are and hoped someone would be able to help who had one, but I'll take it into somewhere and get them to tell me. Thanks for the replies though guys!
