What did you do with your Range Rover today

Put 16" wheels on instead of the 18s. Checked front wheel alignment and all seems OK. Tried adjusting steering box but doesn't seem to have made much difference despite the center hex screw being fully tight

    DSP removal

not yet - but about to, to lend my dsp to sas1810. let us know how that works out.... :) Not sure if I've got a TV module on mine though?

    Battery drain cure

Also if the root cause is RF receiver, keeping the battery charged will just help it burn out your locks :)

P38 change from EAS to springs

    +1 on that!

P38 change from EAS to springs

Don't change to springs. stick with the air - its what they're designed for :) and you'll certainly want it to be able to drop to low profile if you're on the road all the time. Assuming the £3k was just for EAS: Set of four Arnott bags: £300 (dunlops around £200) compressor: £180...

radio sound won't go very high

Think you might struggle there - there's only a couple of inches behind that part before the heater matrix. about enough room for a screen and nothing else

What do you reckon to this?

+1 to the above. You could also be in for new steering wheel cassette with new MOT regs (assuming seller is correct and its not just dodgy connectors) = £££

radio sound won't go very high

No Worries - but I think the Post Office charges a fortune for yesterday delivery!! Will let you know once I've got it out.

Dived into the P38 pool after dipping toe for 25years

I used to have a switch on mine before replacing the receiver with the latest. That had the same effect as disconnecting the main plug, but always had the battery connected when turning on and off. At your own risk obviously :) but never had to worry about it on mine.

radio sound won't go very high

I gave up on the HK alpine - I wanted to get bt connectivity. Because of the nature of the HK, I set up from scratch - leaving the HK system in (excepting main speakers) and replaced the main speakers with some decent multiways which went straight into the HK speaker mounts and running new...

    All comms mk111

I think that translates to 'Thanks for the heads up - I'll avoid the cheap chinese copy like the plague'!! While what Datatek says is true, a more likely risk you'll face is no help or support from this forum if/when it doesn't work, or you need further diagnostic help. That's worth more...

Glove box refitting doing my head in!!

I wondered about something being out. Or if I've managed to bend the hinges while its been out. Gonna have to keep playing with it then

Glove box refitting doing my head in!!

Cheers :) Do they go on the outside of the glove box surround, or between the surround and the bar they attach to?
