So after feeling pretty pleased with myself theyre back on!!! And staying on. When it was first checked it showed shuttle valve and front sensor fault. Could it be that its the front sensor fault thats now causing them to stay on? In which case i will need to replace the hub?

Usually that would indicate that its not in park On mine ive had it crank over without attempting to start but a locking and unlocking solved that problem too. Maybe just an issue with the immobiliser not deactivating properly

I took my cup holder out of the dash as it had some coke spilled on it and needed a clean. I now cant get it back in, i cant figure out where the spring is supposed to locate. Had a look on rave but that only shows removing the full unit so no help.

Paid £1800 for my td5, ES and only 80000 miles when i got it. It is a Cat d but was a good way to get what otherwise would have been quite a bit more. If your not fussed about resale then consider one.
