They are still for sale and are on eBay at the moment, they wil fit the p38 stud pattern and should fit in your arches but not 100% as they came off a modified truck.

Good point, hadn't considered that at all. But if swapping to Coils I'd always consider a small lift in the suspension but I appreciate that may not be best for road use.

I would say a decent welder would make a proper job of it and it would be as good as new, all ready for mot :-)

I agree the air is Much more comfortable on the road but the coils do give that piece of mind that air won't fail and I think are better off road.

I'd say it looks repairable compared to some I've seen that never had a boot floor for a repair job, how good are you with a welder?

Is it wrong to try and buy it to either save the poor disco from its fate via a lot of alterations or jut to put it out of its misery as spares for other 200tdi's?
