Hi All, I have an oil leak from the transfer box rear output. I have fitted new brake shoes, and have come to fit the new oil seal. There was 2 of the same size seals fitted, one behind the other. Should there be 1 or 2?. If only 1, how far do I have to push in the oil seal?

Tried diagnostics again and it came up this time with right front sensor fault. So I did as you suggested and went round them all and tapped them with a small rubber mallet. As by magic all works fine now. Thanks.

They are all brand new, and my lynks diagnostic says no faults. I will go and check they are fully home.

Just to let you know that since I fitted the blue tube to the egr conversion. I can not believe the difference it has made. Put my foot down more than a couple of inches and it feels like someone is pushing me. I am chuffed. Thanks again all.

That's the answer, Mine is the same as the photo, but mine does not have a small take off pipe. Should I fit one ? or just blank it off

Many Thanks, I have sat and thought about the psi box and I think it might be best to leave it fitted. opinions gratefully received. The only problem I am left with is, where does the black and blue striped pipe from the egr modulator valve go to.

I have been looking through my manual and the bit the blue pipe fits to is a EGR modulator valve. ( which most of you will already know ), so I won't be touching that. I found a photo of a psi power tuning box and it is the same as the one on my car. According to the photo it is just three plugs...

I have connected the pipe from the inlet manifold. All I need now is what should I do about the other pipes and tune up bits, The wiring for it is a large connector looks like it is coming from the block?

I checked the wire coming from the hevac plug to the fuse box, to see if it was broken or damaged. I connected a meter wire to the plug that fits in the rear of the hevac and the other end to the terminal in the fuse box, the wire had no problems, so I connected 12volts to the hevac plug and...
