I admittidly went out a couple o weeks ago to the frozen Defender, yanked the drivers door open, then tried the passenger one. **** it was solid!! Could I get it to open!! Nearly took the door handle off trying. Went inside to try and force it open, felt a bit stupid when I realised id locked...

I gave mine a blast of WD40 a few weeks ago cos they were freezing and they havent done it again......nor have the push buttons.

Yeah, I agree with tyres. Its good to hear things like that, I guess I just dont like hearing Land Rover being dissed. Id love to see some footage of one in some serious mud.

I would say defo best go for a disco for that budget. Any Defender iv seen for that has been trouble. You can get lucky though I guess. oh and I agree wait for the summer.lol

Lol, I know, thing is you hardly really see any cars with snow tyres do you. And pretty much every new car has low profiles with alloys and getstuck in even the lightest of snow.

I would say its probably because there are more diesel Land Rovers around? defenders anyway. V8's seem to go for decent money though dont they? But its probably easier to sell a diesel one too.

You might end up needing a pullers to get it off the colum. Also does it have an airbag? This will need disconnected in advance possibly, might be worth looking at Haynes for the airbag part as it could blow up in yer face....literally.
