yes it is the bottom swivel it has 4 bolts in it theres 2 on each side 1 top 1 bottom

inch or so and i cant get the things in as the cylinders are fitted and shoes are i was told you could out them in after but it hits something with 4 bolts and a plate on the axle at back of wheel and i dont actually know what that is what is that? its very intriging
