Could it be as simple as a slipping aux belt or worn pulleys. Take of the belt and check your idler pulley and belt tensioner pulley by spinning quickly, you'll know if they've worn out by the noise/ movement. Easy to check and replace, check the belt for wear also.

Quick update, I checked the pulley and all seems fine there, the engine mounts look good aswell. I've had the fan off for the past month now cause it was shot, I adjusted the injectors as per instructions and this has made quite a difference. I think I can nearly live with it now, lol. Thanks...
