Looking for part no.s without success, can any one help me out?? I have a 1990, 110 van body and i want the part numbers for the four seals required to fit the van side panels to the tub and to the roof. Any help much appreciated!

Started repairing the other door bottom today, took some pictures for those interested. This is what needs curing: First i cut out the corners the best i could and then carefully ground through the mitred steel edges, being careful not to go all the way through to the door skin...

Underbonnet fires are very common in TD5's! Trust me i work on them everyday.

TD5's = underbonnet fires, knackered turbos and broken injectors! 2/300 TDI = Not a bad engine but not nice to work on imo! V8 = the best engine but not for range or fuel costs! The others are pretty much obsolete, 2 1/4's Have poor power to weight ratio's and are poor on fuel...

Whats in 5th wheel grease then? Is 5th wheel the lowest grade of grease? I'm starting a business using grease am interested to know? Its mainly oxygen that fuels corrosion, seal it off and it will take many years to corrode. Whats this Valve sealant then? sounds good! ;)

Thanks, they are solid you can jack off them and everything. Battleship blue, which is more of a light grey really. My boss reckons it will look like primer, but i think once all the edges are black and with black cheqer plate and decals, it will off set the pale colour and look good i hope...

No only replaced shocks, my rear springs are fine i may change the fronts yet though. I've only driven it round the yard at the mo so dont know.

I bought a scruffy 110 cheap with lots of rust, i thought i'd share my progress of removing the rust and making repairs where i can. Fitted a new replacemant rear crossmember, its nice to see when the body is refitted that i got my measurements correct. :) Then i cut off all the outriggers...

I'll give you three examples: 1) I bidded on some nice compomotive wheels and tyres, there was quite a lot of interest up until it got to around £375 then it was just me and another bidder going higher i copped out at £405, they sold for £415. A week later the same wheels and tyres were up...
