any tips for getting the rubbers off? mines due to do and they are impossilbe to remove when ive tried. i know you need to lube them up.

mine have definately sagged at the rear. putting my td5 side by side with my 300tdi you can tell the difference. mainly because i have towed with the tdi a lot.

if you are serious, 100% go and see it. if you buy it without seeing it and theres a problem then......your up a creek. Ive seen a lot of lemons out there so be careful!

i bought the 300tdi defender blue dash LED kit and it didnt make a big difference was a bit dissapointed.

hi all, sorry to hijack the thread, but do the seals go mainly with age or mileage? My 1996 defender has only done 52,000 but blue smokes like a bus for a few minutes then it is perfectly clear after. I too am thinking about changing the valve seals
