Note that she actually wants national recovery, not onward travel. Onward travel is for travel without your vehicle, so hire car etc, whereas national recovery is for a tow to anywhere in the UK.

Might just be worth checking that they do onward travel from home. Usually onward travel requires you to be away from home, otherwise you need home start, which would then be a tow to the nearest garage.
