I think that just proves the point. We give you aid and then we have to suffer a lower quality of service because of it! Particularly the Scottish, who can vote to keep us oppressed English, slaves to the system, whilst you enjoy the freedom of semi-independance.
I was merely pointing out that, although you pay the same level of taxes in Wales and Scotland; due to the lower population density, those two countries have to be subsidised by the overcrowded English to enable you to have the same level of services enjoyed by the English.

Wales is a small country, like Scotland, which, although physically attached to England, likes to run itself, but has to be financially subsidised by England, because they dont pay enough taxes to be be properly independant. ;)
