if the engine is shot on a 90/110 2.5na, then a 200tdi transplant is definately the way to go. see some peeps want 750 quid just for a 2.5na injun! as long as the rest is ok. just find a disco 200. cheap as chips with no mot. approx 500/1000 quid.

sounds like you have major relay problems? window motor can also be a relay prob or the motor. test the motor direct onto a battery. heater matrix is a very long job, (not very hi tech) cause virtually the whole feckin dash has to come out. thats why they bypassed it! the disco 2 lights...
