Try looking under the drivers seat , make sure the seat box is dry and no water is getting in the plugs of the ecu. And there is no injector pump solonoid on a td5 it is all controled by the ecu. It dont have a injector pump the injectors are seperate pumps them selfs

Lenny is that a boost guage pipe in the inlet hose OR a Inlet temp guage ?? BTW yes it looks good m8 ps the plate you made for the valve,, would it not just fit direct onto the manifold with the valve removed ??

I run a 200TDI to work and back i get about 25mpg round town and 27ish sometimes on a run, Depending on how i thrash it :)

As stated yes there are 2 types of fan electric and viscus. If you fit electric you need a relay as in my last post , if non electric then just fit ;)

you will need to wire up a relay for a electric fan , you can't just run from a switch the current needed to run the fan will just melt the switch. Regards bell

Most viscus fans of that size fit each other , all that needs is that you get a fan with the same thread. eg ford transit fan fits a defender it may also fit a Daihatsu The best option is remove it and go to the scrap yard and match one up.

You can adjust by shortening the arm sligtly bit by bit ( Mesuring with boost guage on road test ) There is a 10mm nut you need to slacken to adjust the arm lenght WARNING increasing boost pressure will increase exhaust gas temps , This is why we fit better performance intercoolers.

A extra boost control valve is not needed on a 200tdi which has a adjustable positive pressure actuator fitted. The boost can be adjusted on the wastegate arm. And as stated YES if you increase boost it is advisable to also increase fueling as well. Regards bell

A 200 tdi will fit on your gearbox nps, you will need to fit the intercooler and rad from the donor 200 along with the front part of the exhaust and diesel filter housing. baring that they are a piece of cake Regards bell

It would have been faster to take a pic if the engine if you needed to find out exactley what engine you had. It could have any engine in it and it may not be the origanal why do you need to know exact ?? are you ordering parts

My m8 has got the same motor and has had it for a bit now, regarding the suspention light he has also had the same problem over and over .Now they are changing the suspention ECU on LR warranty, so infact LR do Know the problem exists so keep getting on at them and you will get yours done...
