some new turbos tend to make a louder whistle :) make sure you are not paranoide and its just because its new ..

Chq the intercooler hoses for leaks ,, sometimes they develope leaks and this can cause lack of power and the extra noisy wistle.. what is the full car details ,, eg engine etc etc

yes we have been loads of times,,, the track does change from week to week BUT is normaly passable,althow can seem a bit hairy at times.

LOOOOL @ GRUNT Re the qusetions ,, if you look in your local landrover mags you will find what you want ,, or at the landrover shows when there on in your area.

change the injector loom as a start,, if its still there you need at least a code read to try and find out if there is any other showing faults..

I may be wrong but ive never seen an EU2 with the egr water cooled heat exchanger only EU3.

If it has had a recon engine you may benifit from checking the boost pressure, SOME engine rebuilders if they fit a turbo when doing the recon tend to lower the boost slightly while the engine runs in proplery.
