well i have all the bolts out of the ird call it whot you want bar the last so the front ex pipe is coming off

hi all got the rs drive shaft of tonight and got the propshaft un done hell of a job on your back i can tell you lol anyway just looked at the haynes and it says to take of the sub frame and frount ex pipe anyone done this jobs with these in place??

hi all i have a 51 reg td4 and the clutch has just started to slip so i have got her up on axle stands waiting to pull the gear box etc out this weekend. as i tow a caravan about is it worth fitting a clutch plate and release bearing from the commercial if so assuming its not knackerd can i use...

hi there the same thing happened to my td4 it was caused by the linkage from the hand break cable to the break shoes seizing on one side no end of adjusting sorted it out .i striped the shoes out freed of the linkages re assembled and all was well

intresting one i wonder if there is any way to test the solenoid or even the turbo , ??

iv just been outside to check for a vacume on the pipe you are on about and there is no vacume on it with the motor ticking over i could not rev it as i was by myself , the filter is not blocked as it is brand new and fitted last week , my td4 intermittently runs out of steam at 2500 to 3000...

ye start there also rap your drop links in tape and go for a spin if the clunk goes change them out

well got the plate off ok by undoing the bolts apart from the back 2 on the crossmember so i drilled the rivets for them wen i put it back on i will re rivet it

hi all i have been searching for a pic of the bolts i need to remove to take the cover plate of the bottom of my engine so i can check my turbo linkedges hoses etc . i know some people drill the rivets out but i was going to leave this to a last resort many thanks ian

iv used the halfords one very good and easy to use run the aircon on recerc set the can on to constent spray put it in the back footwell then go have a cuppa as the spray works its way around only takes 5 mins

ye i was looking at the site just now i think i will give them a call if it turns out to be the maf im going to take the car for a 100 mile run down the motorway on sunday to work with the maf unpluged to see if i loose power , thats unless this is a bad idea:rolleyes: ?????????

hi there i got the lr 12s wireing kit it cost £60 and it was a 4 hour job to fit as you have to run some feeds the lenth of your car but the quality is second to none and most of it is plug in

sorry i seen it on this website or the landrover network you will have to try a search i came across it when i was looking for 12s wiring info i think hope this helps

i its all running fine ac kicks in ok its just no where near as affective as it was in the summer when i filled it up , are well i can live with it
