    I've just done the voltage tests for the coil etc and they work out ok so maybe it is fuel. Running SUs so not EFi but carbs were rebuilt a few months ago so I don't think it would be that.

    I used a 200tdi rad that I put in with the 200 conversion. It certainly has the capacity and gives the added benefit of an oil cooler as well. I'll put some photos in if you want although it shows the inter cooler as well.
