Wheel diameter won't affect the speedo calibration if you use appropriate sized tyres. It's the rolling diameter of the tyre that will alter the speed read out, a bigger wheel will need a lower profile tyre on it. Just find a tyre size calculator online and work out what size tyres you will need...
