I have just fitted a snorkel to my landy 110 TD5 but am wondering if I should have done it correctly. The snorkel has been fitted to the side vent on the right hand side and I have used silicon to seal it air tight. Should I have connected any pipes within the engine bay? I have just watched...

I'm after a set of window grills/guards for my 110. Ideally I would like the full set but just the side windows grills would suffice. Anyone got a set they want to part with?

Well I've been quite productive over the past few days and have managed to fit my snorkel, steering guard & front light guards, I haven't got round to doing the wading kits yet. The snorkel was fairly easy, though I did run into a few problem when drilling the holes in the pillar...

I bought the same one following BGB's recommendation and I have to say I am well pleased with it, fairly easy to fit and looks strong and robust, unlike some of those plastic jobbies.

I've got a 110 TD5 on an 06 plate and love it. I had it remapped so sufficent power in the lower ends. I also changed the middle row bench seat for 3 highbacks, now it very family orientated.

I have purchased an extended breather kit but it didn't come with wading plugs, are they needed for a TD5?

Cheers mate, I want to add a snorkel / wading kit / steering guard etc for starters. When we went to Salisbury last November I saw how much fun could be had wading through mud and water, so I want to get mine prepped ready for the next outing. Nothing too extreme but that thought may change :D

Sounds like a missed an eventful days laning. I'm hoping to better equip my Landy over the next few weeks and once done, will be keen to get off the tarmac for some fun.
