Nanocom Evo is a great piece of kit for diagnostics. Have you tried re seating the relays in the under bonnet fuse box?

Turn the blowers down to zero and see what happens when you fire it up. Or, pull the relays.

I use an Optimate on my P38 when it's laid up, and also on the Motorbike over the winter. Never had any problems or issue's.

Thanks for the info. My key fobs definately do not flash when inserting key into the ignition so, I guess the coil is not working, never mind I can live with it, or without it should I say !!!!

Hi Wammers, When was it introduced ? I had a 1997 P38 a few years back and that didn't have it either. It does say in the handbook that my car has it but, yet another LR foible.

Hi Nick, As defender300tdi said, go into each section and have a look around to learn what it can do and display. Read faults for each section and clear them down as you don't know how long they have been stored. Don't think you can break anything but, keep away from writing anything to the BeCM...
