I'd pop over to the 'introduce yourself' section too. People get a bit narked off helping people they don't know.

Right, It's done. Bloomin'ekk that was tough. Bear in mind this is all done on the drive with a Halfords tool-kit. I'm shattered. Proper update (with piccys) probably tomorrow.

Lush! The Hindhead tunnel one's good too. Just as he hits 60 there's a white articulated horsebox coming the other way... That's me!!!

FFS! Went out this evening after work to fettle some other bits and bobs... Now, You know I said the driver's door was shagged? Well, to close it properly I've had to give it a hefty slam. Anyway, sat in the driver's seat started the engine, gave the door a hefty slam and...

Right, got side lights fixed. Woo! Kinda like the look without the plastic surrounds. [/IMG] Wiring it all in was fairly straight forward in the end. After trying to bend my arms into various different positions, I decided to remove the headlights to improve access. That was...

Why do things wait till the morning of the MOT to break?!

My old 90 did this. On the way to test centre, stopped a jet wash to blast off underneath. When I pulled away I realised there were no indicators. The hazard switch had burned out! Ran around all the local motor factors and couldn't get one for love nor money... Took it for MOT...

Trust me, it won't be precious! Anyway. Went to my local indy Landy place this morning with 50 quid in my pocket (helped a local farmer load 350 small bales of hay into a customer's barn). Came away with new indicator and side lights, new wipers and a washer jet nozzle thingy and a new...

I know, the shocks are knackered. I am gonna nick the 3 month old Pro-comp ones off the disco, along with the front and rear dislocation cones and galvanised turrets. The basic plan is to get it into a state that's MOT'able over the next couple of weeks, which shouldn't be too bad as it's all...
