Just found this thread as Im having the same issue, so in theory if theres a voltage being supplied to the thin wire from the ECU and voltage on the heavy wires, theres a good chance the finned fan controller is the culprit ?

I've got an auto commercial which makes the rear bed resononate while its idling, 50rpm more and its golden.

Can the idle speed be adjusted manually?

That's perfect thanks. I'd forgotten the rear seats sit on the floor rather than recessed into it. So I think I would probably unbolt and remove them. Thanks again buddy, great insight.

Does anyone use a 3 door as a commercial but without the genuine land rover parts? I'm considering doing one. If I remove the rear seat bases and headrests will it be a flat floor I could put some hardboard over then a rubber mat? Was considering vinyl over the side windows. I don't want to...

Fitted one to my auto and it ticks all the boxes, was quite sluggish before as my previous one was remapped. I average 34 mpg commuting A roads and hills. EGR delete also. Much smoother and a bit of giddyup when needed. Running with the high torque med power setting. Im very happy
