I found the panel to be working ok it must be the bulbs Landrover show two bulbs one green and other white? cost about £2 each. I will try these. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Does any one have an answer to this problem? My P38 4.6 HSE air con control panel has decided not to illuminate, all switches work ok inc fan, but the green screen started to play up by flashing then working ok for a while then going out again. Is there a cure or is it a new panel needed...
