you cannot put the code in with no driverside door lock as thats where it takes it from. find out whats missing replace it then try it no other way i know to do it, also put where you are somebody close by you may have one or can put you onto one ..

you need a starter motor that one is ffooooked mate

befor you start putting your sync mate in make sure your key in on number2, then plug it in and leave it in if nothing is happening i would just spin over the engine once see if this helps it read. I still dont think its out of sync try a wire from the two bolts on your starter or use a screw...

you can get a tested short engine for £500 you just need to know where to look, when you start looking for one send me a pm i will do all i can to help you ..

i used irontite on mine lasted 7 months still had to put a engine in it, and a rad and water pump but it keeped me on the road for tht time ..

i still dont think its out of sync and think you would do better getting somebody uot to it with a lap top to read iot for you. i can give you a number for some body to do it for you. I think your just wasting your money just buying a sync mate..

yours is a gems engine for sure ..

the gems dont turn over if out of sync the thor turns over and dont start..

you should not need the 4 turns to start the eka, i think it was started on the later r/r. And you should get indercatior flash after each turn, has your rf box got the blue wire on or off?

yes i get it all the time if you move your car a few yards it will go out, yes it is picking something up if you not got your eka code get it befor you get stuck..
