Sorry to disagree here............. I personally would run a new fused live supply, i wouldn't use the supply to the interior light, i doubt the wire size is current rated to run the higher draw from the CB. Find a good earthing point on the body and use that as your negative that way your...

Thanks Mark i think i read about your oil issues before, I cant figure out how the oil would find its way up there, maybe its something to do with the breathers..... I will whip the breather off and clean it anyway, the intercoolers an easy one to remove for a clean too..... Best do that oil...

Its a push rod type engine isn't it, it shouldn't matter what position the cam or crank is in!!!! As for it not starting and smoking lots......... Il have a think on that one!!!

cheers for the comments......... I think il change the oil and give it a go then if it does blow shed loads of blue i know that its the guide seals............. Its not a huge issue, bit of peace of mind i guess, its no major drama to whip the head off and do the seals. Thanks again...
