Welding a top mount to your roll bar would probably be the easiest and safest way. Happy to measure/take pics of my ex-mod roll bar if that helps. Have you seen the exmoor trim seatbelt bars? They are expensive but provide an alternative if you can't weld.

The cheap solution is to put some hefty jubilee clips around the top coil of the spring and the spring seat so they can't dislocate in the first place. If you don't have a need for dislocation cones regularly then it's worth considering.
