I've used Silverline before, their prices are competitive and the service is great. Tyres Direct have a vast selection and good prices too. Theres nothing wrong with remoulds so long as they are approved for road use and you consider the potential limitations e.g. speed ratings

Can you weld? If so what about making one - it could work out quite a bit cheaper. A couple of lengths of RSJ and a hefty bottle jack would do the same and cost a lot less.

We use those with hex heads for roofing barns. They are bloody great and will screw direct into RSJs too :D

A fume curtain is a really good idea, especially during the winter. They are pretty simple to make, get some tarpaulin eyelets and the tool to crimp them, then a long length of bungee cord. The canvas straps are very difficult to sow with normal needles though.
