    109 station wagon

If it's a stage 1 v8 then I don't think freewheeling hubs could or would fit as they had the same drive train as the rangie. Easiest way to tell is by looking for the diff lock. Stage one's were air operated using a button on the seat box. Think thats right, but it's been a long time since I had...

series3 lwb pickup onto 110 chassis

I've a series body on a 90 chassis, and apart from the defender style front end, which i am going to change back, the only difference externally really that I can see is that the rear tub sits forward on the rear x member and the rear axle sits further back. As the axles are wider anyway I've...

I need a half shaft for a 110. looked at Craddock web site, under £20, but could do with it fairly quickly so phoned Conway landrover and was quoted £110. How on earth can they be 5 times more expensive? Can't be 5 times the quality unless the Craddock ones are made of chocolate or something. It...

    Happy sodding christmas!!!

Just been out for a look at this thing, if I put it in gear and let the clutch up it makes a grinding noise but the rear prop shaft is turning. If I lift the handbrake gently it will start to move which seems to suggest that it is starting to send power through to the front wheels. . Had the...

110 hard top to crew cab?

thanks for the replies. Looked at that one of Alane's and that's what i want BUT it doesn't look possible to convert a hard top into that. I suppose the only way to go is to get a station wagon body and go from there. Thanks again Rick

110 hard top to crew cab?

Hi, I've just bought a 110 hard top van and was wondering about converting it into a crew cab/twin cab thingie to have a pick up with some secure storage space. I'm working away at the mo so i can't just go out with a tape measure and see how things fit so that's where you lot come in (...
