can you use Bio diesel in a 200tdi

I have been using it in my 200tdi for over a year now, when you start you should change the fuel filter after a few fill ups then its fine. I have swaped back when I have been unable to get more and then back no problem.

After changing avery part of my steering I am still having problems. There seems to be play in the steering box, is there a way of tightning this up or is it a new box job? The one I have is only about a year old recon. Cheers

Not bad could do with a little more coming in but mainly the time of year I think. I also do a mix of work, so in addition I also do bits and bobs of building work for people. Much more family friendley than lait nights etc.

It's not so easy, I don't have space at home to work on it as we only have on street parking, so I travel over to Streatley where I have some space to work on it, trouble is it is 40 mins driving before I do anything and I need to come home to help put the kids to bed then its not worth going...

Interesting point, mine were all screwed not riveted, it must have been a stupid change between the 200 and 300tdi's

No could not work out how to get it out, to be honest everything else looks ok except the release bearing, the fork was in perfect condition and the clutch looked ok to.

Well another 2 1/2 hours and I have the old clutch out, the new on in and closed up the gearbox to the engine, just need to bolt it up and put everything else back now. Realy not as bad a job as it sounds. In the end it turns out it was the thrust bearing that was totaly shot...
