Cheers Rog, cleaned all of the coolant away after matrix was fitted and nothin new has appeared. Happens mainly when fan is on but not just on hot. Ran it fer ages on hot with windows open but think yer right gonna have ta giv it anouver go... Gona give it anouver month before I go back ta...

Had heater matrix replaced about munf ago but still from time to time me eyes really sting after a journey un it smells bit. No loss of coolant un temp gauge dead on half way so no issues there.... Any one know if this is normal or not after heater matrix replacement!?
