my box is on my work bench in the garage, it had the grub screw that holds the selector folk fell out and has chewed a few gears, so it needs replacing asap. so its the wifes bmw ad my work van for now - sad times.

just got a email back from these guys and it turns out that you have to add the vat on top of the price, plus there is collection and delivery for around 35+vat either way.
mmmmmmmmmmm intresting as me and the wife are look at this time of year for our honeymoon, we want to go over christmas and new year for around 3 weeks.
not sure what its like in the winter months though.

Sorry its been so long since i have been on here but i have had alot on. Managed to get some garage time today and i decided to take the head of to have a little look. to cut a long story short the rattle turned out to be a damaged valve steam cap!!! i will post some pictures of it...
11o all the way check out my blog for our asia trip in 2009, we spent the best part of 4-6 hours each day in the 11o and i am 6'6' and 20 stone and with the mud rails and a smaller steering wheel had no both at all, infact i would rather drive the 110 than the wifes m3 bmw.
being a plant fitter i know that this sound if definetly a engine rattle over anything else, was just asking to see if anyone else had a similar experiance. :)
coming on a treat there mate, one thing when you are using a mig it to try and get the metal as clean as you can or you will find it starting to spit when you weld, the cleaner the better as it arces more when its clean.
